How do I return an item?

We at Christina Gowns only offer you the best dresses at the most affordable prices. Our items are brand new and NEVER tried on. Due to our extra, extra low pricing and limited exclusive offerings, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our dresses and products. Our #1 return reason is sizing, so please measure, formal gowns run small.
I have a Defect-How do I Request a Return Authorization?
Contact us by telephone (866-345-4696) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request a Return Authorization. You must contact us within (3) days of receiving your dress. Please indicate clearly the nature of the problem. When you are issued a Return Authorization, mark it clearly on the outside of the box and re-pack your dress with a copy of the sales receipt.
All returned dresses must have all hang tags attached, with original hanger and protective plastic cover and be in absolutely unused condition. No rips, tears, smells or any other sign of wear can be visible, or it will be refused. We will not be able to accept returns after the event date has passed, for any reason.
Note: Loose or Missing Beadwork is not a defect-this can happen during shipping.
How Do I Ship My Return?
When you are issued a Return Authorization, mark it clearly on the outside of the box and re-pack your dress with a copy of the sales receipt. All return shipments must be postmarked within (5) days of delivery to you. Return shipping is at your expense, and we recommend insuring with delivery confirmation. I Sent My Dress Back, Now What?
Once received, your dress will be inspected for signs of wear. This process can take 5-7 days from the date we receive it. Once approved, your account will be refunded for the purchase price.
Please note, upgraded and international shipping fees are not refundable.
If your return is denied for any reason, it will be returned to you COD for shipping charges incurred. Your refusal of this shipment will result in the gown becoming our property and no credit being issued.
Unauthorized returns are any returns that have no return authorization number, returns shipped to the wrong address, or returns shipped past the postmark date given when the return authorization is issued. These returns will be denied, refused, or returned to the customer. In the case a shipment being returned to the customer, the package will be shipped COD, with the customer being responsible for any shipping and COD fees incurred by Christina Gowns, LLC to ship the unauthorized package back to the customer. In the event the customer refuses the package, the contents will become the property of Christina Gowns, LLC and no refund or exchange will be given.
ChristinaGowns.com reserves the right to change, delete, or add to any or all of these policies at any time for any reason. Completing a purchase through ChristinaGowns.com online shopping site constitutes agreement with and acceptance of our policies and acknowledges you are bound and subject to them.
