ChristinaGowns.com  offers the best made formal gowns and accessories at the best prices for weddings, special occasions or just a special night out.  How do we know?  We only represent the finest manufacturers who use the highest quality fabrics and workmanship.  We stand behind what we offer with the following:

1.  All of our merchandise is free of manufacturer defect or we will replace the item at no cost to you.  Period!

2.  We only sell new and never before worn or used.  No samples here that have been tried on multiple times!

3.  We will only represent the finest manufacturers that have been selectively approved for their outstanding workmanship, fine materials, and originality of design.  We view samples of their products to ensure we represent the best for you.  We want you to shine on your special day!  Your referral to friends and family is the highest compliment we can receive.


Privacy

We do not release your private information to any one for any reason.  No exceptions.


Sales Tax

This is Delaware!  We have NO Sales Tax here!  Lucky for all of our shoppers.

Import Taxes/Duties:  We currently ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.All duties and excise taxes are to be paid by the customer.


Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.  All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, and we do not exchange currency.


Payments

We currently accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Discover, Certified Check or Money Order.  Certified Checks and Money Order can be sent to our address at :

When checking out, please check the option for certified check or money order.  Prior to submitting order, please print the order by clicking the "Printable Receipt" on the upper right corner of the order form.  Send a copy of the order with payment, and we will process the order upon receipt.

You may also submit a Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover orders through our secure server. Please feel secure knowing we use the latest encryption technology for our secure server.  We must receive payment in U.S. dollars, and no order is placed prior to receiving payment in full.

 


Cancellations

There is a 50% cancellation fee.  This fee is applied for any cancellation reason.   Orders already shipped and Rush Orders can not be canceled.  Special Orders (orders for gowns not in stock) can not be canceled for any reason.  Cancellation fee is calculated on cost of item(s) less shipping and handling fees. Any shipping and handling fees incurred as a result of the cancellation are deducted from the reimbursement. Any shipping and handling fees incurred by ChristinaGowns.com as a result of this policy will be billed to the customer.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.


Layaways

Christina Gowns offers the option of Layaway payment plans for our customers.  Layaway orders require a 60% non-refundable deposit to place an order.  Balance of the order must be received prior to shipping the order to the customer.  Layaway orders are not cancellable and are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.  When a layaway order is placed, the customer will be contacted by telephone to set up payment options.  


Sizing

We rely on the information you supply to us for sizing of your merchandise. We are not responsible for the incorrect sizing of a gown. Please measure carefully, and remember that any gown may need alterations for a perfect fit. 


Return Policy
Prom Gowns (Please see Below for Non-Returnable Items**)

We at ChristinaGowns.com want to be sure of your complete satisfaction. Our policy allows you to email us and return or exchange our Prom Gowns (Does Not Apply to Orders Over $400.00, Sale Priced, Discount Code, Jovani, BG Haute, Sherri Hill, Alyce Designs, Layaway or In Stock Dresses-Please see below**)  for any reason or, for the unlikely occasion of manufacturer's defect, within (3) days of receipt. For an exchange fee of $30.00 to cover additional handling expenses, we will exchange the gown for one of the same style, color, and different size (if available), or, for returns without exchange, we will issue refunds of the amount of the merchandise only within (30) days, minus a 30% restocking fee and less shipping fees. We will exchange a gown for the same style, color and different size, one time only.

You must request a Return Authorization Number. Contact us at sales@christinagowns.com to request the Return Authorization Number, or call (302)335-0535 or 1-866-345-GOWN.  You must return the item within (7) days of the date the item was received by you.  If the item is postmarked after (7) days from receipt, it will be refused.  The Return Authorization Number must be clearly legible on the outside of the box.  If the Return Authorization Number is not clearly legible on the outside of the package, it will be refused.  You must include a copy of your original invoice in the box.

Returns are to be shipped at your expense, except in the case of manufacturer defect.  In all cases,  the item must be received by us in the original shipping condition, still attached to manufacturer's and company tags.  In the case of manufacturer's defect, upon inspection and approval, we will refund shipping costs to return the item to the credit card on record, and will replace the item.  We do not accept C.O.D. packages, and we recommend you insure your package. Shipments refused by the customer will be ineligible for Refund or Return Authorization Approval.

All items returned to us must be in original condition, with tags still attached, and no signs of wear at all, or your request for refund or exchange will be DENIED.

**Wedding, Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride, Jovani, Sherri Hill, Alyce Designs, BG Haute, Orders Over $400.00, Special Order, Discount Code, Layaway Orders, Altered Gowns, Drop Shipments, Shoes, Lingerie, Sale and Clearance, In Stock, Sale Gowns and Gown/Shoe Combos are NOT RETURNABLE

Wedding, Bridesmaid, Special Order, Drop Shipments, Jovani, BG Haute, Sherri Hill, Alyce Designs, Orders Over $400.00, Layaway and Altered gowns are custom made to your order, and are not returnable. Shoes, Accessories, Jewelry, In Stock, Sale Gowns, Discounted Gowns, Gown/Shoe Combo Sales are also not returnable. Lingerie such as petticoats, bras, slips, Spanx, etc. are not returnable. Please be sure to measure carefully before you place your order.

**Gowns are considered Special Order when delivery method is anything other than Standard Delivery. If we rush your gown, then the gown is being made to your specifications, and is considered Special Order.

Multiple Dress Orders

Multiple Gown orders are not returnable or exchangeable, and no return authorization will be given to orders with multiple gowns. If you are ordering more than one gown, we suggest you place individual orders. You will then have (3) days to notify us regarding the return or exchange the gown.

Unauthorized Returns

Unauthorized returns are any returns that have no return authorization number, returns shipped to the wrong address, or returns shipped past the postmark date given when the return authorization is issued.  These returns will be denied, refused, or returned to the customer.  In the case a shipment being returned to the customer, the package will be shipped COD,  with the customer being responsible for any shipping and COD fees incurred by Christina Gowns, LLC to ship the unauthorized package back to the customer.  In the event the customer refuses the package, the contents will become the property of Christina Gowns, LLC and no refund or exchange will be given.

 

Shipping and Handling

We are offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in the United States and Canada on orders of $100.00 or more.  This is standard delivery of 5-15 business days for In Stock Items or 4-14 weeks for Special Orders.  Rush orders of 2-4 weeks are available on certain items and add approximately up to $55.00 to the cost of the order.  We will contact you via e-mail to let you know if your gown is available for rush delivery.

In the U.S., if your order is less than $100.00, the cost for shipping is $8.75 for orders up to $25.00, and $12.75 for orders up to $100.00. We will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the total order amount, including shipping.

We can provide rush shipments for less than 2-4 weeks, with additiona charges, if gowns are in stock. Some items are not available for rush shipment, and you will be notified within 24 hours of your order via e-mail whether or not we will be able to rush your order.  Be sure to allow enough time for production, shipment and alterations!

Christina Gowns is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.  Please contact your carrier.
